Designed by award-winning architects Henry J Lyons, the building comprises over 46,500 sq ft of new generation office space and offers highly efficient and flexible floorplates of up to 11,000 sq ft with an abundance of natural light provided by floor-to-ceiling glazing.

The building also has south-facing terraces on the 3rd and 4th floors overlooking the South Mall and the Lee River and City Hall to the east.

The building's exterior finishes consist of Branco Real natural stone, energy efficient curtain wall glazing incorporating decorative exterior bronze fins, and powder coated metal panels. This combination of materials ensures that the building will be timeless and retain its intended architectural appearance for many years into the future.

The building's main visitor reception area covers the entire ground floor with over 2,300 sqm of space facing the south shopping centre. It will have access control barriers, a timed doorman to greet visitors, and will be finished with a considered combination of walnut cladding, natural stone flooring and striking art features.

There is also a basement on one level with 22 parking spaces with direct elevator access to the upper floors. Separate male and female changing rooms, drying room and showers are also provided.
